(Staten Island, NY) NYC was hit with a trio of diaper-clad Monsters (actually, one was in Elmo underwear) in April. In what will likely be their last plane trip for a while, the Monsters took full advantage of the rule which stipulates that children under 2 fly free. Complete with car seats, strollers, toys, and maybe even the kitchen sink, the family somehow survived a trip to NYC.

The monsters had a great time with Dada, Dadi, and Javeria Phoopi with Zaki taking an immediate liking to Dada's stereo equipment. Highlights included a trip on board the Staten Island Ferry and playtime in Battery Park, Sameer and Raabi had simultaneous meltdowns at the Staten Island Mall, and the boys nearly brawled with local punks at McDonalds.

In a memorable return trip to Georgia, Mommy Mustaquim barely avoided federal detention after a spat with the always pleasant Newark Airport security screeners.
